Game is Hard is a free puzzle game by Unico Studio for Android and iPhone. Every level looks simple, just a short line of text and a few shapes, but the obvious move almost never works.

To win you might need to tilt your phone, shake it, turn the volume up, or read the question very literally. There are 300 levels, a Master Challenge mode with fresh twists on the hardest puzzles, and it plays offline in 20 languages.

“you can’t find us!” in the middle, and three blue rings in a row just below it. If you look very closely, a few faint faces are hiding in the dark.

Level 13 is a game of hide and seek, and the hiders are nearly invisible. The solution video shows where all three are hiding. Want to solve it yourself? Open the hints one at a time first.

The screen isn’t as empty as it looks. Tilt it towards a light and look closely.

The three rings can be moved. Count the hidden faces.
Solution
  1. Grab a ringDrag one of the blue rings over the faint face near the top right.
  2. Find the othersDrag the second ring to the face on the left, and the third to the face at the bottom right.
  3. BustedWith all three faces caught, the text changes to “you found us!”.
Why it worksThe rings work like magnifying glasses. There are exactly three hidden faces and three rings, so each ring needs to sit on one face.
