Game is Hard is a free puzzle game by Unico Studio for Android and iPhone. Every level looks simple, just a short line of text and a few shapes, but the obvious move almost never works.

To win you might need to tilt your phone, shake it, turn the volume up, or read the question very literally. There are 300 levels, a Master Challenge mode with fresh twists on the hardest puzzles, and it plays offline in 20 languages.

Level 15 is a fitting puzzle. The picture shows the three dark areas you need to cover. Use the steps for the order. Want to solve it yourself? Open the hints one at a time first.

Cover all three dark areas.
Solution
  1. Cover the first twoDrag the sticks over the dark areas they fit, one after another.
  2. Turn the bottom stickRotate the bottom stick so it lines up with the area that is left.
  3. Left stick lastFinish by dragging the stick from the left side over the last uncovered area.
Why it worksEvery dark area has to be completely covered and the sticks can’t be shared. Doing the left stick last leaves it free to fill whichever gap is still open.
