Game is Hard is a free puzzle game by Unico Studio for Android and iPhone. Every level looks simple, just a short line of text and a few shapes, but the obvious move almost never works.

To win you might need to tilt your phone, shake it, turn the volume up, or read the question very literally. There are 300 levels, a Master Challenge mode with fresh twists on the hardest puzzles, and it plays offline in 20 languages.

Solution
  1. Find the loose lettersThree letters in the question can be moved: the y in “you”, the s in “this” and the e in “level”.
  2. Pull them outDrag each one out of the sentence into the empty space below.
  3. Spell YESLine them up in order, y, e, s, to answer the question.
Why it worksThe question asks for an answer but gives you no buttons, so the answer has to come from the question itself. The three letters that can move are exactly the ones that spell “yes”.
