Game is Hard is a free puzzle game by Unico Studio for Android and iPhone. Every level looks simple, just a short line of text and a few shapes, but the obvious move almost never works.

To win you might need to tilt your phone, shake it, turn the volume up, or read the question very literally. There are 300 levels, a Master Challenge mode with fresh twists on the hardest puzzles, and it plays offline in 20 languages.

What you see

Level 202 is a search puzzle. The picture shows one order for popping the seven balls; any order works. Want to solve it yourself? Open the hints one at a time first.

Don’t stop until they’re all gone.
Pop all seven balls with the triangle (1–7 is one possible order). The last one drops the gold.
Solution
  1. The triangle pops ballsDrag the triangle into a ball and the ball pops.
  2. Pop all sevenTouch each of the seven balls with the triangle. The squares don’t matter.
  3. The gold appearsThe last ball you pop drops a shiny gold coin, and the level is done.
Why it worksOnly one of the seven balls hides the gold, and you can’t tell which one. Popping them all guarantees you find it.
