      There are more isosceles triangles to be made on that grid using the given midpoints whose vertices are nodes.
      You have not completed all of the possibilities.

    I struggled with this because didn’t think a right angle would be accepted as an isosceles triangle!?

      isosceles triangle is based on sides and right angle classification is based on Angles so, yes it is possible
