I think the reason 4.4 can’t be part of another triangle is because they specify that the given segment is a leg, not a base. To use 4,4, I think the provided segment would need to be the base.
I think the answer misses a triangle.
If 0,0 is the lower left. I believe there us another triangle using the node at 4,4
