Hint:  Some text is hidden in that image, Increasing brightness will not help. The text is in blue color, Use Some image editing tools. I used Pixlr>Tools>Curves and play with curves you will find hidden text. Here are my results:

• !1W5DzaCD!-WWRmICL5q0sa-1A  hidden text and it is a mega link Just add # before it.
• But remember its not complete you have to use last line hint to get correct mega link i.e. #Caesar (!…-)  It means you have to put ceaser shift on first line in between ! And .
• Like #!1W5DzaCD!###########################-WWRmICL5q0sa-1A, where the # is a shift of  12 to the top line of the puzzle.

• After you have access to file named thereisnoturningback Rename it to thereisnoturningback.zip
