Game is Hard is a free puzzle game by Unico Studio for Android and iPhone. Every level looks simple, just a short line of text and a few shapes, but the obvious move almost never works.

Solution
  1. It’s a keypadThe nine keys are a phone keypad: 1-2-3 on the top row, 4-5-6 in the middle and 7-8-9 at the bottom.
  2. Solve the sum522 + 123 = 645.
  3. Tap the answerTap the keys for 6, 4 and 5: the middle right, the middle left, then the middle centre.
Why it worksThe keys have no numbers on them, so you have to know where each digit sits. Using the normal keypad layout, 645 means middle right, middle left, centre.
