Game is Hard is a free puzzle game by Unico Studio for Android and iPhone. Every level looks simple, just a short line of text and a few shapes, but the obvious move almost never works.
To win you might need to tilt your phone, shake it, turn the volume up, or read the question very literally. There are 300 levels, a Master Challenge mode with fresh twists on the hardest puzzles, and it plays offline in 20 languages.

Solution
- Skip the sistersThe four sisters are single with no kids, so they add no men.
- Count the menUncle Joe, Uncle Matt and Joe’s two boys make 4. The older daughter’s two boys make 6. The other daughter’s boyfriend makes 7.
- Don’t forget grandpaThe storyteller’s father is one of the hosts, so he’s at the dinner too. That makes 8. Type 8 and submit.
Why it worksIt’s easy to count only the guests. The storyteller is a woman (a single mom), so she isn’t counted, but her dad is at his own dinner.
