Game is Hard is a free puzzle game by Unico Studio for Android and iPhone. Every level looks simple, just a short line of text and a few shapes, but the obvious move almost never works.

To win you might need to tilt your phone, shake it, turn the volume up, or read the question very literally. There are 300 levels, a Master Challenge mode with fresh twists on the hardest puzzles, and it plays offline in 20 languages.

What you see

Solution
  1. Swap piecesTap pieces to swap them. Each swap also flips its twin in the other column.
  2. Hide one columnSlide one of the side plates over a column to cover it.
  3. Finish the visible oneArrange the visible column as triangle on top, ball in the middle, square at the bottom.
Why it worksBecause the columns are linked, you can’t fix both. Hiding one of them with a plate means only the visible column has to be right.
