Game is Hard is a free puzzle game by Unico Studio for Android and iPhone. Every level looks simple, just a short line of text and a few shapes, but the obvious move almost never works.

Rub the lower piece, then aim the arm at the ball.
Solution
  1. Make some frictionDrag the lower piece back and forth along the floor for about 5 seconds.
  2. Point the armRotate the arm at the top so it points at the ball.
  3. Charge the ballThe electricity travels up the stand and along the arm into the ball.
Why it worksRubbing creates static electricity, just like a balloon on a jumper. The charge then needs a path, so the top arm has to aim at the ball.
