Every Prison Puzzle: Brain Twist answer is collected on this page: all 163 numbered levels and 8 bonus levels, each with spoiler-free hints, the full solution and a step-by-step walkthrough. Tap a picture to open that level.
Type a level number such as 27 to jump straight to it, or search for a word from the level title, such as “curtain”, “zombie” or “differences”. The grid filters as you type.
How to Find Your Level
- Check the level number at the top centre of your game screen, above the timer.
- Type that number into the search box below. The grid jumps straight to the matching tile.
- Do not know the number? Type a word from the task shown under the timer, for example “money”, “ghost”, “pieces” or “river”.
- Tap the tile to open the answer page. Every page starts with three hints, so you can stop before the full solution.
- Bonus levels have no number. They are listed in their own section after Level 163.

About Prison Puzzle: Brain Twist
Prison Puzzle: Brain Twist is a free tricky-puzzle game for Android and iPhone. Every stage is one cartoon scene with one goal written at the top: catch hidden players, hide cash from a debt collector, help a girl escape a monster, or tidy a messy fridge. You solve it by tapping, dragging and swiping things in the scene, and the right move is usually the strangest one.
Many stages poke fun at popular memes, so you will meet orange-suited players and soldiers, Tung tung tung Sahur, Ballerina Cappuccina and other Brain Rot characters. Others are classic brain teasers, such as the wolf, sheep and cabbage river crossing, spot-the-difference pictures and jigsaw puzzles.
- Levels covered here: 163 numbered levels plus 8 bonus levels, from version 1.3.5.
- Platforms: Android (Google Play) and iPhone or iPad (App Store).
- Price: free to play, with optional ads and in-app purchases.
- Languages: English plus 12 others, including Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese.
- Extras: daily login rewards, daily quests and coin rewards for finishing levels.
How to Play Prison Puzzle: Brain Twist
- Read the task at the top of the screen. It tells you what counts as a win, and the progress bar shows how many targets are left.
- Tap objects to open them: doors, fridges, wardrobes, curtains and drawers often hide the item you need.
- Drag items onto people or other objects. If an item is useful, the scene reacts and the progress bar fills.
- Swipe to move things aside, such as rugs, cushions, pictures and bed sheets.
- Watch the timer. If it runs out you can revive and keep playing, or restart the level.
- Stuck? The magnifying-glass button shows a hint, and the skip button lets you move on for coins or by watching an ad.
Types of Levels
- Drag-and-drop pranks: the most common type. Give the right items to the right people, as in Level 2, Level 12 or Level 27.
- Hide and seek: find people or animals hiding in a room, as in Level 1, Level 93 or Level 101.
- Spot the difference: tap 10 differences between two pictures, as in Level 9 and Level 17.
- Find the odd one: pick the different faces in a crowd drawn in line art, as in Level 80 and Level 69.
- Arrange and sort: place furniture, pack a suitcase or tidy a fridge, as in Level 5, Level 15 and Level 142.
- Jigsaw puzzles: drag pieces into the frame using a reference photo, as in Level 113 and Level 149.
- Logic riddles: river crossings where some passengers cannot be left alone, as in Level 63.
- Save from falling: strip off heavy items until a rope can hold two climbers, as in Level 13 and Level 111.
- Dress-up and quiz: pick the right outfit or answer, as in Level 8 and Level 83.
Tips and Tricks
- Tap everything once before dragging. Hidden compartments are the reason most players get stuck.
- Think literally and silly. A cloud can be toilet paper, a cat can be a blanket and a durian can wake someone up.
- Use every person in the scene. Pets, posters, paintings and even characters on a TV screen often count.
- Look at the edges of the picture. Items and hiding spots near the borders are easy to miss.
- If a drag does nothing, the item is meant for someone else. Try it on another target.
- In spot-the-difference levels, compare one small area at a time instead of the whole picture.
- In sorting levels, place the biggest pieces first. The small ones only fit once the large ones are in.
- Hints are limited, so tap around the scene for a minute before using one.
- Finish the daily quests. Their rewards include coins you can spend on hints and skips.
